My ballhawking tribute video

Let me start off by saying – I did not make this video
You will never mistake me for someone who knows anything about technology.

A fellow Brewers fan put this tribute video together for me.  He did a nice job.
All he wanted in return was for me to take him and his son to a Brewers game.
Consider it done.
I appreciate the thoughtfulness-thank you.

The song in the video is a children’s song by Justin Roberts called “Pop Fly.”
(brings back the kid in me).

Don’t forget to click the “HQ” button to watch in higher quality.

Hope you like it

You know Nick – if you only looked like you were having a good time at the games! 😉 What an awesome video! And you’re famous – I should have asked you to include your autograph also! What a great friend you have! Thank you so much for sharing it – it was a great way to start my day!

Awesome video, whoever it was did a really great job splicing all your footage together. But where was the clip of you leaning over the wall to give [name I don’t remember] a cheap home run for the opposing team?!

By the way, is it just me or does this Justin Roberts guy sounds like Weird Al?

  3. Jane Heller

Fantastic, Happy! Great job by your friend to put the video together so professionally, and even better job by you to make us feel your enthusiasm for the game. I love the way you point to your shirt. Nice move!

Thanks for the kind words. You’re never short of something nice to say.

It’s getting close, alright. I can hear it now!

Anything I can do to help. Play ball!!

You mean the Tim Bogar catch? It’s on there.
Yeah, Justin Roberts does sound a little like Weird Al. I love that song. I don’t love Weird Al.

Thank you-just call it my signature move.

    Thanks! Mission accomplished.

    Thanks…the fun never ends.

Thank you. Gotta do what you love to do, right?!

I’m flattered, thanks. But, I couldn’t hit for power.

That is awesome! Those are some sweet snags! That is getting me excited for the season after watching that.

So where do you normally sit? I’ve never gotten a foul ball much less a ball thrown to me. Don’t worry, I won’t come sit by you and try to get a ball ;).

    Hey, Happy …

    Awesome video and song !!!
I think that is the most fun I have seen anyone have at a ballpark !!!
What more can I say …
You’re famous; and, you’re the “Happy Youngster” !!!
I look forward to more of your videos throughout the season !!!

I sit in the right field bleachers on most occasions. If a righty is up, I’ll wander to left field.
Stop by and introduce yourself. You hang out by me for 15 minutes and I can pretty much guarantee you’ll get a baseball.

Thanks! Baseball is my life…and I love life!
Thanks again…coming from you, Jimmy, that means a lot!

Happy, that is a great video. It’s good to see that you have someone else that shares your passion for the game. I made it a point last year to take video clips every time a Corpus Christi Hooks batter stepped into the batters box. While I didn’t catch any of their home run balls. I did manage to catch 23 of their home runs on video. I’m looking forward to this year and also the Corpus Christi Hooks and Houston Astros exhibition game tonight.
